About Us

We love to dance! Our studio gives everyone the chance to discover their own potential while working hard and having fun. Our instructors promote continuous improvement, encourage teamwork, and maintain a respectful and positive environment for all ages. Our programs are designed to train strength and technique while supporting the creative and artistic growth of all our dancers.

Lisa Brooks (SDTA, RAD, Cecchetti)

Miss Lisa is a graduate of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB) Teacher Training Program. Miss Lisa was previously an instructor at the RWB school, teaching classes in multiple styles, including Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Creative Movement. She has also had the pleasure of working within the Sharing Dance Program, an initiative of Canada's National Ballet School and Physical Health and Education Canada which aims to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for all Canadians through dance and movement. She has been instructing students in Highland Dance since 2008 and holds her Membership qualification with the Scottish Dance Teachers' Alliance (SDTA Highland Branch), as well as her Associate qualification with Cecchetti Canada (Classical Ballet).

Peggy Campbell (BATD)

Miss Peggy is qualified under the BATD and has been teaching Highland Dance in the Ottawa/Gatineau area since 1998. Over these many years she has enjoyed guiding students of all ages through competition and exams, as well as preparing fun and interesting choreography for shows and competition. She is also a costume designer for dance and theatre.
